Luxury cottage with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a small herd of Alpacas, with 3 baby Alpacas due in summer 2024. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one superking, one king). The cottage is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.

There are renovation works which commenced in April 2023 to the adjoining building. These works are to add additional holiday accommodation on the farm. There will be no works carried out over a weekend, only Monday to Friday (and no work overnight).

A 20% discount has been automatically set to the nightly accommodation price for any nights falling between Monday to Friday. (Up to May 2024 when works are expected to be completed).

If booking, you are accepting that you are not to mention noise or building works in your review following your stay. This is because the renovation works are temporary and we believe that this could affect future bookings after building work is completed.
